At the end of 2020, the Mississippi Land Bank board of directors approved our highest patronage distribution ever of $5,400,000 to stockholders to be paid in 2021. That effectively decreases our member-borrowers' interest rate for 2020 by 75 basis points (or 0.75 percentage points).
