Like the rest of the world, Mississippi Land Bank is working diligently to combat the evolving challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. We place the highest priority on the safety and well-being of our customers and employees and are taking the necessary precautions to ensure that we do our part to keep our communities safe while also fulfilling our commitment to provide you with reliable and consistent financial services.

All of our offices are open and fully operational. Our staff is available and ready to answer any questions you might have. From making a new loan to servicing an existing one to discussing electronic transaction options, we encourage you to reach out to your local branch office. If you need any assistance with new loans or are struggling to make monthly payments due to COVID-19, our lenders are available by phone or email.

We are closely monitoring recommendations from the Mississippi Department of Health (MSDH) and Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

In addition, the following resources are available, allowing you to receive funding and make payments remotely:

  • Ag Banking Online: You can manage your Mississippi Land Bank account from your smartphone, computer or tablet. This service allows you to make loan payments from your business or personal account, go paperless and opt-in for eStatements, and set up real-time recurring payments. To use this service for the first time, enroll online.
  • Mobile Banking App: To access the above services through our free app, search “Mississippi Land Bank Ag Banking” in your app store and download.
  • PAID System: Contact your local branch office for information on how to enroll in our automated ACH payment options.

For updates from Mississippi Land Bank, please monitor our website and social media. For additional information regarding COVID-19, refer to the CDC website.

We would like to thank you for being the best part of our business and for your understanding and cooperation during these trying times. We are committed to communicating with you along the way.
