Join us in congratulating two recent promotions within our executive leadership team at Mississippi Land Bank.

On January 16, Bobby Spinks was promoted to Chief Credit Officer and Chris Griffith was promoted to Chief Risk Officer.

Bobby started at Mississippi Land Bank in 2004 upon graduating from Mississippi State. He worked as a loan officer and branch manager in the Clarksdale branch office for 17 years before being promoted to regional vice president in 2021. The relationships Bobby cultivated in the delta region and strong dedication to his customers have been instrumental in our association's success and growth through the years.

Chris joined the Mississippi Land Bank family in 2017 as a credit analyst and quickly proved to be an asset to our credit team. His years of practicing public accounting and attention to detail has helped us maintain strong credit quality as an association.

Since April 2022, both Bobby and Chris have served in senior vice president roles of lending and credit, respectively. Together in their new roles as Chief Credit Officer and Chief Risk Officer, we know they will take our Association to new heights.
